Christmas Tree Season 2022

Hi! We will be open for the 2022 holiday season! 

As with the past few years, we will be open Black Friday, and then the 4 Saturdays and Sundays between Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve (Sunday 12/18 will be our last day open for 2022).  We open at 11am and close at sunset.  

Our prices are below:

Christmas Trees:

• Nobles up to 8 feet - $80
• Add $10 per foot over 8'
• Ask about Doug firs $20 and up

Fresh Wreaths:

• Make your own - $10

We prefer Venmo or cash for payment, but also take checks and PayPal. 

Please note that like last year, we will not be putting our signs out on the street.  We would like to be open for people who know us and seek out what we have to offer, but we also want to reduce general traffic of people who are just coming to have a look around the farm.

We hope this holiday season finds you safe and well. We looking forward to seeing our return customers and meeting new ones who enjoy the small opportunity we offer for a little time outdoors to enjoy hiking around the hillside in the fresh air.

The summer was another challenging one for the trees. Some didn't make it and and many show signs of stress, including some burnt tips from last year.  The ones that fare the best tend to be in the shadows of larger trees that block some of the sun.

They still are beautiful and it is especially lovely to see pictures that our customers send us of their trees when they are all decorated and set up at home.

Glimpses of 2022

Somehow most of the year went by in a whirlwind, and here we are again getting ready to start our fifteenth season selling trees. That is a little bit mindblowing. Things have been so busy this year that I have not updated our website along the way, so here are 32 pictures I grabbed of things from around the farm. The order got all scrambled when I uploaded them, so here is a very small sample in random order of things that were pretty or cute or funny or interesting... basically stuff that made me smile, and I hope do the same for you:

Last Days of 2021

The year is winding down. The snow is melting in the daytime sun and freezing in the night. We are safe and snug and Ember, Piper, and Poppy are happily chewing their bones, blissfully unbothered by the occasional fireworks our neighbors are enjoying.  Piper’s puppies were undoubtedly one of the biggest highlights of the year for us, and the continued contact with all of their families is an ongoing source of joy as we get updates and pictures of the puppies (now 8 months old) all living their best lives.  We are grateful for so much, and appreciating this moment of (mostly) quiet before the new year. Thank you for following along on our journey with Piper’s puppies and we wish you and yours a happy and healthy 2022.
